Rising Founders is a Massachusetts-based nonprofit committed to advancing economic opportunity for underserved entrepreneurs. Through bilingual (English/Spanish) education, coaching, funding navigation, and community partnerships, we help individuals start, grow, and sustain small businesses that strengthen local economies.

Rising Founders was founded by Erica F. Porzio, Colleen Island Mateo, and Elizabeth Garzon, leaders with deep experience in business development, financial services, and community advocacy. Together, they bring a shared commitment to equity, accessibility, and empowering entrepreneurs at every stage of their journey.
